2. The Viva Voce trial set out for this coming Saturday has been rescheduled to Saturday 3rd February. This is to give each of us ample time to read and for all of us to get a chance to participate in the same. Our facilitator, Sammy Too, still warns us to COME CHARGED!!! Anything we’ve been taught may be asked!

3.The dental students FINALLY have a working timetable! A key aspect will be on taking advantage of the free biweekly Wednesdays; since most (if not all) dental students in the group are free from then. Queries on the same can be made by reaching out to Leonard Asanga.

PROPOSED ROLES IN THE SMALL GROUP
- EVENTS ORGANIZER: In charge of drafting the timetable, submitting it to the members for approval and making reminders to the group members.
- MEME-lord: managing the social aspect of the team, dropping memes frequently, and the like
- ONLINE HOST- In charge of creating and managing the group link for online discussions.
- MENTOR LIASON- in charge of reaching out to group mentors, sharing insights they get and organizing for appreciation of the mentors oc occasionally
- HEAD OF RESEARCH AND MATERIAL- In charge of organizing material for group discussions; especially questions related to the topic of discussion prior to the actual meetup, both physically and virtually.
- DISCUSSION FACILITATOR (may be rotational)- Leading the discussion by leading OTHERS to discuss. Ensuring order and objectivity with discussions
- TIMEKEEPER- coordinates with the day's discussion facilitator. Alerts members when their speaking time is done and warns members when they go overboard with poor time management.
- GROUP LEADER- Coordinates all members to undertake their roles ensuring a fruitful, consistent group life.
- CO-GROUP LEADER- Assists the group leader in their roles. Takes charge when group leader is away.
As you submit your membership renewal, kindly also indicate your list of your top 3 most preferred roles; a nomination will be done on Sunday evening, just after a brief preview session for the next week.
